This solution allows the Windex 15 wind indicator to be installed directly on top of the antenna, permitting the installation of both elements. A chrome-plated brass fitting ensures a secure connection between the VHF antenna and the Windex. The antenna is designed with 1.4 mm thick fiberglass, completely filled with polyurethane foam using a special Scout waterproof technique.
