ChargeMaster Plus is the next generation of battery chargers, combining numerous functions in a single device. By eliminating the need for additional battery chargers, battery isolators, and voltage-sensing relays (VSRs), the ChargeMaster Plus reduces both system complexity and costs. Its versatile design allows it to safely and quickly charge virtually any two- or three-battery combination and makes it suitable for use anywhere in the world.

Battery's Best Friend

The ChargeMaster Plus features the new “Battery's Best-Friend Architecture” and can therefore handle a wide variety of batteries with different chemical compositions, sizes, and voltages. All batteries are charged using the fast and safe 3-stage + charging method. Other unique features include:

• Revival mode: automatically revives even completely empty batteries.
• Multi-voltage: charges a 12V starter battery in a 24V system without additional components (for 24V models only).
• Priority Charge: directs the available power to the lowest battery so that it can be charged faster.
• Smart Input: charges all three batteries through a single alternator, thus guaranteeing continuous charging on the go.

In today's world, devices need to be self-explanatory. The ChargeMaster Plus displays the charging phase of all outputs in an easily understandable way. Thanks to robust and ergonomic connectors, you save installation time. An integrated voltage sensor relay eliminates the need for additional components and also ensures that the alternator's energy is transferred to the batteries.

High-performance communication interfaces thanks to CZone integration

In modern applications, all electrical components work together. The CAN-based MasterBus enables the ChargeMaster Plus to communicate with displays, shunts, and power systems, while also supporting communication standards such as CZone®, NMEA 2000, and CANopen (through additional interfaces).

Models with the "CZone" suffix support not only MasterBus, but also CZone and NMEA 2000 communication interfaces, without requiring additional interfaces. This ChargeMaster Plus series can be configured via MasterBus, but also accepts a CZone configuration file, just like any other CZone device. Other communication interface standards, such as Modbus, CANopen, LinBus, etc., are supported via additional interfaces.

This variety of communication interfaces makes the ChargeMaster Plus ideally suited for system integration. Furthermore, the ChargeMaster Plus can be used as a power supply for sensitive communication devices during the boat construction phase.
