Description

A secure connection between the vessel and the shore power installation is an essential component of your electrical system. Galvanic isolation between the shore power and the onboard power prevents electrical corrosion of metal parts while simultaneously ensuring you are grounded.

IVET Heavy-Duty Series

This heavy-duty isolation transformer with E-core technology is supplied without a housing for self-installation. The product is a multi-tap design, allowing for 120/230/240V on/off switching.

Mastervolt recommends installing IVET heavy-duty insulation transformers with soft start. Soft start suppresses the inrush current from the transformer and prevents the fuse from tripping.
